GL: ‘I mainly used a single section of the recording, and looped it, using automation to add momentum. In the first part of the track, there is a duplicate of the piano loop, with an overdrive effect added from the pedalboard in Logic Pro X, which fades in. In the second part of the track, a delay effect is added from the pedalboard, and the wet output has been reversed to build the atmosphere. I also changed the delay time back and forth on one of the tracks, and recorded this as an automation — giving a 'glitchy' feel.’
